We are pleased to inform you of the upcoming General Meeting of Emyria Limited, scheduled for 19 August 2025 at 3.30pm (AWST) at the offices of Stantons International in West Perth, WA. The Notice of General Meeting includes important Resolutions that require shareholder approval regarding various matters such as ratification of share issues, approval of placement options, and appointment of proxies.

Shareholders are encouraged to exercise their voting rights either in person or by appointing a proxy. The Chair of the Meeting will serve as the default proxy unless otherwise specified. You can appoint a different proxy by filling out the appropriate section on the form.

Each Resolution pertains to specific actions such as ratifying share issues to UWA, approving placement options and director securities, and issuing shares to service providers.
