Ceasing to be a substantial holder

Dear Investors,

We would like to inform you that Tattarang Ventures Pty Ltd, Tenmile Ventures Pty Ltd, Tattarang Pty Ltd, and individuals Nicola Margaret Forrest and John Andrew Henry Forrest have ceased to be substantial holders of Emyria Limited. This change occurred due to dilution from the issuance of fully paid ordinary shares pursuant to a placement.

As a result of this change, a total of 23,817,777 shares were affected, with the corresponding voting rights attached to these shares also amounting to 23,817,777 votes. There have been no new associations formed or dissolved in relation to these voting interests.
