Announcement PDF ASX Announcement 23 Nov 2022 Placement completion and secondary trading notice Emyria Limited (ASX: EMD) (Emyria or the Company), a clinical stage biotech, is pleased to advise that it has issued 15,833,333 shares at an issue price of $0.18 together with 7,916,661 attaching options exercisable at $0.35 expiring on 22 Nov 2025, following the successful completion of a well supported $3.0m placement (Placement). Subject to Shareholder approval, Emyria’s Directors will participate in the Placement to the value of $150,000. (See ASX release 31 Oct 2022). The Placement received strong demand from new and existing institutional and sophisticated investors, including follow-on investment from Tattarang’s Tenmile Ventures and Sixty Two Capital. (See ASX release 22 Nov 2021). Funds raised will be used to: ● Advance the Phase 3 clinical trial supporting registration and commercialisation activities of EMD-RX5 as an over-the-counter treatment with the TGA ● Support the ongoing development of EMD-RX7, Emyria’s high dose CBD ● Advance multiple preclinical screening programs for Emyria’s novel MDMA-inspired drug discovery program being developed with the University of Western Australia ● Business development and working capital The new shares have been issued utilising the Company’s existing placement capacity under ASX Listing Rule 7.1A with the options issued under ASX listing rule 7.1.
