The Service Transformation for the Digital Consumer Award recognises a project that uses innovative ways to change how an organisation provides their services to the consumer. The project identifies process improvement, change implementation and management techniques used to deliver the outcome. The project provides a better digitally based experience to the customer with measurable controls and outputs.
Emyria’s Managing Director, Dr Michael Winlo, said: “At Emyria, our drug development and registration programs are guided by robust clinical data gathered with Real-World patients across our clinical network. The COVID pandemic motivated our development of Openly – an app which provides remote care, powered by a smartphone and backed by a clinical team. Openly was developed with our partners Happitech and WeGuide and is currently the only medical-grade Smartphone platform registered as a Class II medical device with the TGA.
